摘要
现代教育离不开成人教育,成人教育立法是成人教育顺利实施的重要保障。世界各国政府都高度重视成人教育,纷纷通过制定法律以保障成人教育的发展。目前,我国还没有专门的成人教育法律。在这种形势下,积极制定我国《成人教育法》,把成人教育涉及到的各种关系调整到依法治教、统一规范、有序运转的轨道上显得尤为重要。文章对我国成人教育立法现状进行了考察,并对成人教育立法完善问题进行了思考。
Modern education can not be separated from adult education. The adult education legislation is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of adult education. Governments around the world have attached great importance to adult education, and make laws to guarantee the development of the adult education in succession. At present, our country does not have the special adult education law. Under such circumstances, it is especially important to formulate our own ＂ Adult Educational law＂ positively, adjust relations which involves the adult education, consolidate criterion, and operate the course orderly. This article has carried on the inspection of adult education legislation in our country in present situation, and reflect the questions of its consummation.
