摘要
高等教育工作要在建设知识经济社会和开展终身教育构建学习型社会中发挥作用,必须坚持科学发展观,认清形势、找准定位、抓住机遇,迎接挑战。要根据自身特点和条件,挖掘潜力,充分运用普通高校举办成人教育的优势,开拓发展空间,在继续教育和终身教育领域做出新贡献。
It is necessary to establish and implement a scientific outlook on development for the higher education to take an active part in the construction of knowledge economy and society, the life-long education and the learning society. We should see clearly the situation, find out the position, hold the chance and meet the challenge. The potential should also be excavated and the advantages of developing adult education in general university should be taken full use according to self characteristics and conditions so as to make new contributions in the area of continued education and life-long education.
