摘要
从大型公共建筑能效公示制度的产生背景入手,分析了能效公示的原则、对象、内容、方式和程序,指出能效公示制度扩展了大型公共建筑节能监管的内涵,使节能监管具备了社会监督作用、比较竞争作用、市场培育作用和节能节约生活方式引导作用,促进了大型公共建筑节能监管的长效化和有序化。
Starting with the background of energy efficiency public announcement system of large -scale public building, the principle, target, content, methods and procedures of energy effwiency public announcement were analyzed. And the analysis points out that the energy effwiency public announcement system expands the connotation of large-scale building supervision system, and makes energy efficieney su- pervision has the society supervision function, the comparative competition function, the market cultivation function and energy-saving lifestyle guidance function, which promotes persistent effecting and ordering of the energy effwiency supervision of large-scale public building.
