摘要
学前教育专业应用性、实践性较强的专业特点,对于实训教育的要求比较高。但目前各高校学前教育专业的实训工作普遍存在缺乏系统性实训教育体系、基地建设跟不上、"双师"素质的教师队伍匮乏等问题。这需要从观念、课程、教育教学、管理等方面进行一系列的改革,以更好地培养社会需要的高素质幼教师资。
The strong features of application and practice in preschool education major lead to the high requirements for training. Nevertheless, problems like lacking systematic training practice, backward infrastructure, and inadequate teachers of dual - master styles are existing. This requires for a series of reform in ideology, curriculum, teaching and management to cultivate high qualified kindergarten teachers the society needs.
