土壤质地和水分对红花大金元生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究不同土质与水分条件对烤烟品种红花大金元的形态、根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性等指标的影响。结果表明,土质和水分对红花大金元生长的影响差异均达到显著水平。3种栽培土质对该品种的适宜顺序为壤土〉沙土〉黏土;同种土质内,烟株的株高、茎围和叶数与土壤含水量的相关性不明显,根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性与土壤含水量呈二次曲线关系。不同生育时期不同土质的土壤适宜相对含水量分别为,伸根期:壤土60%~63%、沙土67%~69%、黏土60%~61%;旺长期:壤土79%~80%,沙土83%~85%,黏土73%~75%;成熟期:壤土74%~76%,沙土77%~78%,黏土71%~72%。 Some morphological indices, root activity, and nitrate reductase (NR) activity of Hongda (a tobacco variety) leaf under the different soil types and water contents were investigated via the pot test. The result showed that the effects of soil texture and water contents on the plant growth was significant. The effect order was loamy soil 〉 sandy soil 〉 clay soil. The correlation between some morphological parameter, including plant height, stem perimeter and leaf num- ber, and soil water contents was not significant. A quadratic curve was obtained between root vitality or NR activity and soil water contents. The suitable relative water content of soil was listed as : 60% - 63% for stretching root duration in loamy soil, 67% -69% in sandy soil, and 60% ~61% in clay soil; 79% -80% for strong growth duration in loamy soil, 83% -85% in sandy soil, and 73% -75% in clay soil; and 74% -76% for mature duration in loamy soil, 77% -78% in sandy soil, and 71% -72% in clay soil.
