摘要
从匿名的概念出发 ,结合组织行为和管理心理学对匿名的定义及正负效应进行了比较完整和详尽的分析 ;根据匿名在现实中的操作程度 ,提出匿名强度的概念 ,系统分析了影响匿名强度的主要因素 ;最后 ,结合群体任务目标、任务类型和群体特征 ,探讨了匿名强度特性的灵活有效的运用 。
Thispaper starts from conceptof anonymity and combines organization behavior with man- agerial psychology.Firstly,we analyze the positive and negative effects of anonymity in an integrated & systematic way.Secondly,the conceptof anonymousintensity is putforward according to the anony- mous operation degree in practice.Thirdly,major factors that influence the anonymous intensity are analyzed.Finally,the paper discussesthe effective application of anonymous intensity with considering the goal of group task,task type and group features to improve the group performance.
