从群体支持系统到创造力支持系统 被引量:17

From Group Support System to Creativity Support System

摘要 群体支持系统主要支持在合作问题求解过程中沟通、信息共享乃至群决策等各种群体活动,特别是针对非结构化问题.这其中,如何支持群体产生创意(idea),引导深入的分析和论证是研究群体研讨过程的支持工具的最主要的难点之一.这也导致了有关创造力支持系统的研究.简要回顾了创造力支持系统的研究,介绍了所研究的支持群体互动、智慧迸发的群体研讨环境(GAE),其功能强调了“人机结合,以人为主”的设计理念和对研讨过程理性的探索.最后简要介绍该工具在分析香山科学会议上的应用. Group support system (GSS) is oriented to group activities, such as communication, information sharing or group decision making during collaborative problem solving process, especially for unstructured problem solving process. One of principal challenges in GSS research is to support generating creative ideas which may help to extend to further analysis and investigations. Such kind of focus leads to studying on creativity support systems (CSS). In this paper, a brief review of CSS research is given, which follows the introduction of group argumentation environment (GAE), whose design and functions reflect the concept of human-machine cooperation with more emphasis on human's active role and consideration in procedural rationality in group argumentation process. Finally, a simple application of GAE to Xiangshan Science Conference is demonstrated.
