摘要
以理论解为依据,用一维差分仿真作为比较的基础,用传递函数仿真作为汽轮机转子温度在线监测的手段,分别对K-800-240和NC300/220-14,7/537/537型汽轮机转子作了仿真计算,并与实际汽轮机在线监测结果进行了比较和分析。结果表明:传递函数仿真转子温度不仅可保证足够的精度,还可提高仿真计算速度。
On the basis of theoritical solution,onedimentional differential solution has been accepted as a comparative criterion and the trasfer function solution has been adopted as means of online monitoring temperature of steam turbine rotorsIn relation to the temperatures of rotors of K-800-240 and Nc 300/220-14,7/537/537 type steam turbines separately,the simulating calculation has been carried out and it has been compared with the results of online monitoring temperature.The analysis shows that the simulation of steam turbine rotor temperature by transfer function not only has enough high precision,but also can raise the speed of calculation
