摘要 使用Excel编制了细菌筛选和鉴定系统(Bacterial Screening and Identification System,BaSIS),该系统以《伯杰氏细菌鉴定手册》、《伯杰氏细菌系统手册》和其他商业化鉴定系统等为参考基础,确定了58个属288个分类单元,是目前包括细菌种类最多的手工生化鉴定系统,所选用的20项生化项目可任意组合,在缺失某些项目的情况下,也可进行初步判别。该系统可方便实验室日常检测,节约成本,简化工作,并为细菌鉴定和筛选系统的进一步的完善奠定了基础。 The bacterial screening and identification system (BASIS) has been compiled with Excel. This system which was accurate, convenient and rapid developed with reference of Bergey's manual of determinative bacteriology, Bergey' s manual of systematic bacteriology and other commercialization identification systems. This system included the most bacteria species (58 genera, 288 taxa) in manual biochemical identification system in which 20 elective biochemical items could combine randomly. If losing some items, this system also could give preliminary discrimination. The system could serve laboratory daily detection, save cost, simplify work, and lay a foundation on further improvement of the bacterial screening and identification system.
