摘要
目的：测定中药铁苋菜中没食子酸的含量。方法：运用ＲＰＨＰＬＣ测定法。结果：铁苋菜中没食子酸的平均含量为０．５４３％，ＲＳＤ为２．７８％。结论：铁苋菜中含有活性成分没食子酸，本实验可为定量地控制该药材的质量提供参考。
Objective:to determine the contents of gallic acid in Tie Xian Cai (Herba Acalyphae).Methods:RPHPLC was conducted.Results:The mean contents of gallic acid in Tie Xian Cai was 0.543%.RSD was 2.78%.Conclusion:Tie Xian Cai contains the active element gallic acid. The results of this test can be used in the quality contrl of Tie Xian Cai in quantity.
