摘要
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)在聚乙烯(PE)切片内部的热分解过程,结果表明,可以通过不同DCP含量样品的反应放出热焓与DCP含量的关系曲线呈很好的线性关系;应用Arrhenius方程描述了DCP在PE切片内部的热分解反应动力学,结果表明DCP的热分解反应可以按一级反应动力学进行,从而求得热降解过程的表观活化能和频率因子。
The thermal degradation kinetics of dicumyl peroxide (DCP) in polyethylene (PIE,) was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) under non-isothermal condition. It was found that the relationship between the enthalpy of reaction (AHa) and DCP content was linear. The Arrhenius equation was adopted to analysis DSC data. The results showed that the degradation kinetics of DCP accorded with the first-order reaction. The activation energy and factor of frequency were gained.
