血浆凝溶胶蛋白在肌动蛋白清除中的作用

摘要 肌动蛋白是细胞内正常蛋白,一旦组织细胞受到损害,肌动蛋白便释放到循环中,最终由肌动蛋白清除系统(包括凝溶胶蛋白和Gc蛋白)加以清除。若超过其清除能力时,肌动蛋白在体内积聚将引起脏器损害。动物实验中,外源性凝溶胶蛋白能改善肺血管功能,甚至降低病死率。
