摘要
SnO2作为一种重要的N型半导体材料,在气敏元件、太阳能电池、催化剂载体等方面的具有很高的潜在价值。本文就纳米SnO2多种制备方法进行了综述,并就纳米SnO2锑掺杂方面的应用前景进行了展望。
SnO2 is a kind of important N-type semiconductor materials. It has widespread potential applications, including gas sensors, solarcells, catalyst supports and so on. This paper reviewed a variety of preparation methods of SnO2. And the application of antimony-doped SnO2 prospects were discussed.
