塞来昔布对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞系VEGF表达的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨选择性环氧合酶2(COX-2)抑制剂塞来昔布对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞系血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法设置时效组和量效组,利用RT-PCR以及W estern b lot技术检测塞来昔布对SGC-7901细胞系VEGF mRNA和蛋白表达的影响。结果随着药物浓度的增加和时间的延长,VEGF mRNA和蛋白表达均呈现相应的下降趋势。结论塞来昔布可以在一定程度上有效地抑制人胃癌SGC-7901细胞系VEGF的表达。
