摘要
本文研究了高强韧低合金冷模具钢(GD 钢)的渗硼工艺、渗硼层组织及性能,探讨了经渗硼处理后钢中硅的分布特征及对组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明,GD 钢有良好的渗硼性能。含硅钢在渗硼过程中生成的α相为一种韧性相,当它呈薄层状分布在硼化物柱体周围时,对改善渗硼层的脆性提供有利的作用。
The Boriding process,structural characteristic of boriding layer and mechani-
cal properties of the low alloying and high tough-strengtheaing cold die steel GD were investigated.The distribution features and influence upon boriding
layer structure and property of element Si were studied.The results show
that the steel has good boriding behaviour.The a-phase formed during bori-
ding process is a tough phase,which can improve the brittleness of the
boriding layer when it is distrbuied around the columns of borides.
