摘要
中药指纹图谱是一种全面、定量地反映中药所包含的化学信息的分析方法。包括薄层色谱、高效液相色谱、气相色谱等在内的色谱法以及包括红外、X射线衍射等在内的光谱法均可用于建立中药指纹图谱。近年来,中药指纹图谱在中药质量控制的各个方面得到了广泛的应用,已成为国际公认的控制中药及植物药质量的有效手段。本文就近年来中药指纹图谱的方法及应用进展进行了综述。
The fingerprint of traditional Chinese materia medica （TCMM） is a comprehensive and quanti- tative analytical method that can reveal chemical information of TCMM. Chromatography （ including thinlayer chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography） and spectrome- try （including infrared spectrometry and X-ray diffraction spectrometry） both can be used to develop the fingerprint of TCMM. In recent years, the fingerprint of TCMM has been widely used in all aspects of its quality control, and it has been internationally accepted as a feasible means for the quality control of TCMM and plant medicine. This paper reviews the advances in the researches of methods and applications of the fingerprint for TCMM.
