摘要
对GH132奥氏体耐热合金进行了粉末低温渗铝的研究,渗铝温度为650~710℃,时间为16~24h,渗铝层深度为0.002~0.008mm。试验结果表明,渗铝前后的基体组织、常规机械性能及高温持久强度均无明显变化,而抗热腐蚀性能却显著增加,为延长燃气轮机涡轮盘类零件使用寿命提供了实验依据。
In this paper GH132 austenitic heat resisting alloy was chosento study low temperature powder calorizing.At 650~710℃ holding 16~24hours,0.002~0.008mm in depth of aluminum layer could be obtained.Testresults showed that there were no evident differences between pre-and post-calorizing in matrix structare,coventional mechanical properties and hightemperature endurance strength,however the life of anti-hot corrosion wasprolonged obviously.It provided test basis for prolonging the life of turbinedisk.
