摘要
介绍了一种调节丁羟推进剂配方燃途并降低生产成本的方法,即固定细AP和T27含量、降低球形AP的质量平均直径,使中燃速丁羟推进剂燃遍提高达到预定值。用该方法每千克推进剂可节约原材料成本3~5元,且调速幅度大,推进剂力学性能和工艺性能均不受影响。
A method of burning rate regulating and cost reducing for HTPB propellant is introduced. By means of fixing the contents of fine AP particles and T27 and reducing the mass average diameter of spherical AP, the burning rate of the HTPB propellant formulation increases to the desirable level,and at the same time,the mechanical and rheologic properties are not influcnced. The cost can be reduced by 3~ 5 Yuan RMB per kilogram propellant after the formulation is regulated.
