摘要
采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对气液同轴离心式喷嘴冷态液雾两相流场进行了数值模拟,并且与试验结果进行了比较。为了比较,计算中采用的入口边界条件和液滴质量平均直径(MMD)及其分布规律都是由试验确定的。研究了气液喷注压降对喷雾流动过程和流强分布的影响规律。结果表明,数值模型和计算程序能较好地模拟气液同轴离心式喷嘴两相喷雾流动过程,喷雾的存在对流场流型有很大的影响。
In this paper,a numerical model for predicting two phase inert turbulence flow in gas/liquid coaxial swirling injector is described.Using this model it is studied that the effect of air injecting pressure drop and water injecting pressure drop on the spray flow processes and flow flux distributions.The results indicate that spray have an effect on flow field configuration.By comparisons it is demonstrated that calculated result is basically identical with tested result'It is concluded that the numerical model and computer program for modeling spray flow processes in gas/liquid coaxial swirling injector will be satisfactory.
