摘要
本文介绍的"STRENQUE-A"程序是一种科学地预测圆钢热处理后强度水平的方法。此法以Grossmann的淬透性计算法为基础,对部分因子作了修改,综合考虑了钢材化学成分、零件的尺寸效应和热处理工艺条件对机械强度的影响。本程序适用于含碳0.2～0.75%的碳素钢和低中合金钢。
The Program STRENQUE-A introduced in this paper is a mean to estimatestrength levels of heat treated steel shafts,it is based on the Grossmann′smethod of calculating the hardenability.And several factors are modifiedincluding the influence of chemical composition,size effect of parts and heattreatment process on the strength.This program is available for variousplain carbon steels containing 0.02～0.75%C and low/medium alloy steels.
