淬火冷却过程中瞬态温度分布及组织分布的数学模拟 被引量:9

摘要 本文应用微机,对大型铸锻件在淬火冷却过程中的温度分布、相变行为及组织分 布进行了模拟和计算。在模拟方法中,考虑了大工件热处理的特点,对计算所用的热 交换系数、热传导系数、比热和相变潜热等物性值做了更合理的处理;提出了预测淬 火过程中组织分布的方法。利用IBM-PC机对40Cr钢圆柱体和42CrMo钢圆筒 件进行了淬火冷却过程中温度分布及组织分布的模拟计算,计算的结果与实验的结果 符合得较好. In this paper, the temperature distribution, phase transformation behavior and structural distribution are simulated and calculated by microcomputer in quench cooling. In the method of simulation, the behavior of heat treatment of big transverse section forging is considered. The physical properties such as coefficient of heat exchange, heat conductivity, specific heat and transformati-on latent heat for calculating are treated more reasonably. The method of pre-dicting structure distribution in quench cooling process is put forward. The distributions of temperature and structure in quench cooling process for column of 40 Cr steel and cylinder of 42 CrMo steel are simulated with IBM-PC com-puter. The results of calculation are coincident well with the test.
