中空纤维超滤膜处理油田清水注水中试 被引量:2

PILOT STUDY ON OIL FIELD RINSING WATER-INJECTION BY HOLLOW FIBER UF MEMBRANE

摘要 为提高注水水质,采用PVC合金中空纤维超滤膜进行了油田清水注水处理的现场中试试验,对超滤膜的工艺运行、影响因素和处理效果进行研究。确定了超滤膜用于清水注水的最佳运行参数。试验结果表明:水温与膜通量之间具有良好的正线性相关性;产水SS、TI、SRB和FB满足且优于SY/T5329-94《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》中的A1级标准,DO不满足A1级标准;产水量保持在40 m3/h左右,满足注水水量要求。 In order to improve the quality of water-injection, the PVC alloy hollow fiber UF membrane was used to treat oil field rinsing water-injection through a pilot test. Process operation, impact factors and disposal effect were researched. This study the optimum operation parameters of UF membrane which was used to treat rinsing water-injection. The test results indicated that temperature had a good positive linear relationship with membrane flux ; SS, TI, SRB and FB of permeant water met and even were superior to A1 level of "Recommended Injection Water Quality for Detrital Rock Oil Reservoirs and Analyzing Methods"( SY/T5329- 94), and DO could not meet A~ level. Quantity of permeant water kept 40 m^3/h or so,which met the requirement of quantity of water- injection.
