摘要
杨柳青水厂5 000 m3/d膜处理示范工程是国内首个应用混凝—超滤短流程工艺处理北方地区微污染原水的应用案例。详细介绍了示范工程的工艺设计特点,将超滤膜工艺的出水水质及运行成本与传统工艺进行了比较,并对示范工程的运行管理和工艺设计经验以及超滤膜技术在市政供水行业应用中存在的问题进行了阐述。实践证明选择混凝—超滤短流程工艺是可行的。
5 000 m^3/d Yangliuqing Water Treatment Plant was the first domestic application case of micro-polluted water treatment by coagulation-ultrafiltration short flowsheet process in northern China.This paper introduced the design characteristics of this demonstration project in brief,compared the effluent water quality and operation cost of ultrafiltration membrane with traditional process,and elaborated the experiences of the management and design of this demonstration project and the existing problems of the application of ultrafiltration membrance technology in municipal water supply industry.Practice has proved that coagulation-UF short flowsheet process is feasible.
