摘要
文章介绍一种基于NiosⅡ处理器的NAND Flash控制器的设计思路和设计方法。着重介绍NAND Flash控制器的状态机和驱动程序的设计。该NAND Flash控制器IP已在集成测试仪器的SOPC系统中稳定应用。
A NAND Flash controller based on NioslI processor was introduced, emphasis on the state machine and the driver design. The NAND Flash controller had been applied to the SOPC system of integration testing instrument, and worked stably.
