天山花楸中原花青素的可见分光光度法测定 被引量:5

Determination of of anthocyanin in S. tianschanica by spectrophotometry

摘要 以原花青素为对照品建立了用分光光度法测定天山花楸中原花青素含量的测定方法。方法:采用正丁醇-浓盐酸(95∶5)显色系统,在550 nm处进行了含量测定。结果:在0.04~0.16mg/mL(R2=0.9997)范围内,线性关系良好;天山花楸叶中原花青素为1.03%(RSD%=2.4),天山花楸果中原花青素为0.86%(RSD%=2.1)。结论:该方法稳定、简便、快速,适于天山花楸中原花青素的测定。 The method for determination of anthocyanin in S.tianschanica was set up in which reference substance was anthocyanin. Methods: n-BuOH:HCI (95:5) were chromogenic agent and the detection wavelengths were at 550 nm. Result: anthocyanin in the leaf of S.tianschanica was 1.03% (RSD% =2.4) and anthocyanin in the fruit of S.tianschanica with the linear range of 0.04-0.16 mg/mL(R^2=0.9997). Conclution: This method is simple, convenient, rapid and suitable for determination of anthocyanin in S.tianschanica.
