摘要
以女贞子为原料,采用乙醇作为提取溶剂,研究在微波辐射下提取齐墩果酸的工艺条件;选择微波功率、溶剂浓度、料液体积比、微波提取时间等影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:微波辅助提取法的适宜工艺条件为料液体积比5∶55,乙醇浓度70%,微波功率350 W,提取时间90 s,齐墩果酸提取含量为1.10%。微波辅助提取法具有提取时间短、提取效率较高、方法简便等特点。
Pvulgaris as materials, ethanol was used as the solvent to study the technique conditions for extracting Oleanolic acid from Ligustrum lucidum Ait under microwave radiation in the paper. The extraction conditions for extracting Oleanolic acid from Ligustrum lucidum Ait were discussed, and the influencing factors such as microwave power, solvent concentration, the ratio of material to liquid and extraction time has been studied. The optimum technology conditions were as followed: 70% ethanol as solvent, microwave power of 350 W, the ratio of material to liquid was 5:55 and extraction time of 90 s. In the condition, the extraction contents of extracting Oleanolic acid from Ligustrum lucidum Ait was 1.10%. Microwave method has advantages of shorten extraction time and higher extraction efficiency, which will be broad application foreground.
