CT检查对肝移植手术的评价

摘要 随着肝移植外科技术的完善和新型免疫抑制剂的应用。肝移植已成为终末期肝病患者的有效治疗手段。但由于肝移植手术操作的复杂性，术前、后须进行临床、外科和影像学全面评价。在术前，临床上迫切需要运用各种无创或微创性影像技术对肝脏疾病、血管及胆管作出准确的综合评价，为临床医师客观估计手术能否进行、手术难度和风险，科学制定术前准备提供依据，成为学者们研究的热点。术后常发生一些并发症，因此，作为影响学评价，要求评估的主要内容为确定手术的适应证和禁忌证及术后并发证及术后并发症．
