摘要
利用犬肝自体原位移植模型,观察了肝动脉缺血(HAI)后供肝组织的脂质过氧化物(MDA),黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化。结果显示:随着HAI时间延长,各指标活性与对照组比较差别显著(P<0.05);术后血清谷丙转氨酶和胆红素含量增高更为明显(P<0.01),且下降缓慢(P<0.05)。认为,HAI对供肝有明显的损伤作用,氧自由基是导致这一损伤作用的重要因素之一。
By means of the model of orthotopic autotransplantation of dog's liver, we observed the changes of Lipid peroxide(MDA), xanthineoxidase (XOD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities in the tissues of hepatic autograft after hepatic arterial ischemia (HAI). The results showed that the three indexes activities changed significantly compared with those of controls (P<0.05) with the extension of HAI time. In addition,the GPT and bilirubin in the serum increased obviously (P<0.01) and decreased extremely slowly after operation (P<0.05).We consider that HAI has damage effects on the liver tissues and oxygen free radical plays an important role in the effects.
