20kV High Voltage Charging Power Supply Realizing Zero-Current Switching

摘要 研制了高压脉冲电容器恒流充电电源。采用IGBT构成电源的软开关电路和闭环变频的充电控制方式。对输出负载大范围变化引起的谐振频率漂移,采用与之相对应的微调开关时间,保证了变换器开关的零切换,显著降低了导通、关断时IGBT的损耗。充电实验表明,该电源恒流效果好、重复充电精度高、效率高,在短路状态下也能安全可靠地工作。 A 20kV capacitor-charging power supply using a series-resonant topology,where the IGBT components are controlled via a variable frequency closed loop feedback scheme,was built.The resonant frequency drift caused by wide range of load variation is compensated by adjusting IGBT on-time,which insures true Zero Current Switching (ZCS) of the converter.The power supply has demonstrated good output current stability, high efficiency and charging precision under high repetition rate.
