摘要
教师心理不健康，受害最大的是学生，心理不健康的教师，会“制造”出心理不健康的学生，他们对学生所造成的身心伤害绝不亚于其教学能力低下对学生学业所产生的影响。通过对中小学教师心理健康现状分析，提出有关心理健康的标准及提高其心理健康水平的对策。
