摘要
以不确定度的概念对两米光栅—线纹自动测量仪的测量质量、水平进行了评定，给出了该仪器测量光栅尺和线纹尺的不确定度指标。
In this paper,the quality and level of measurement of the automatic instrument formeasurin length gratings andline standards up to 2m are evaluated.The uncertainty indexcs ofmeasuring the length gratings up to 2m and the line standards up to 1m with the instrument are given.
