摘要 研究了添加2%Ga对铸态下Mg-x%Al-2%Ga镁合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,镁铝合金中加入Ga,可明显改善铸态组织,使β相由沿晶界呈断续网状分布变为块状分布,β相上的孔洞消失并得到明显细化,且在β相的周围出现较多共晶组织;能谱分析表明,Ga主要存在于β相及β相与基体α相交界处,也有少量固溶于α固溶体中;Ga的加入,可明显提高铸态下镁铝合金力学性能,Mg-8%Al-2%Ga镁合金抗拉强度可达248.4MPa、塑性可达10.4%。 The influences of 2% Ga on the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-x%Al-2%Ga magnesium alloys were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure of magnesium alloy with 2% Ga addition is significantly improved, and the morphology of β-phase changes from discontinuous network with cavities to bulk with smooth surface; eutectic emerges around β-phase. The EDX analyzing results indicated that Ga exists mainly in β-phase and at the junction of β-phase and α phase, also a little in α-phase solid solution. Due to the addition of Ga, the mechanical properties of Mg-8% Al-2% Ga alloy are significantly improved; the tensile strength reaches 248.4 MPa, and the elongation is 10.4%.
