摘要
目的:建立本实验研究中心SD大鼠血液学指标和生化指标的正常值范围,并为进一步制定全国统一标准提供参考依据。方法:选用清洁级(CL,cleananimal)健康SD大鼠(雄性170只,体重为116±24g;雌性170只,体重为107±22g)。腹主动脉采血,测定了血液学指标和血清生化指标。然后对测定结果使用SPSSV13.0的"两独立样本T检验功能(Independent-Samples T Test)"进行了统计分析(雄性动物与雌性动物视为两独立样本),并讨论并分析了性别差异。结果:得出了雄性及雌性SD大鼠血液学指标正常值和血清生化指标正常值的均值,以及标准差。性别间比较显示:对于部分血液学指标和血清生化指标,不同性别SD大鼠的正常参考值存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:所有血液学及血液生化指标的样本内集中趋势明显,其算术均值对相应指标的整体水平具有代表性。另外,白细胞总数(WBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)等8项指标的正常参考值存在明显的性别差异(P<0.05)。
Objective: To establish the normal range of hematological and serum biochemical parameters in SD rats for our research center and provide references for the establishment of the country standard. Methods: We have CL SD rats as investigative object( male: n = 170, body weight 116 ± 24g ; female: n = 170, body weight 107 ± 22g). Blood sample was collected from abdominal aorta at the end of the experiment. At same time, both hematological and serum biochemical parameters were mensurated. Then we used the " Independent-Samples T Test" process of SPSS V 13.0 to analyze the acquired data( male and female were regarded as two independent samples), and difference between sexes was also analyzed. Results: Through analysis, we acquired the mean and the standard deviation of both hematological and serum biochemical parameters of beth male and female SD rats. Comparison between sexes showed: referring to some hematological and biochemical parameters, there was apparent difference between sexes ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: All the hematological and serum biochemical parameters has apparent concentrating trend, and thus their arithmetic means can represent the integral level of corresponding parameters. In addition, the 8 biochemical parameters of WBC, HGB, ALT, AST, ALP, TP , ALB, BUN manifest apparent difference between sexes ( P 〈 0.05 ).
