摘要
本研究以全国中小学教师教育技术能力建设项目和广州试验区项目研究为契机,探讨教师教育技术能力培训准入机制和培训策略,概括瀑布式培训体系的基本运作机制以及以效果为导向的培训策略的实施。切实提高培训效益,进一步确立教师终身学习理念,提升教育技术能力。
Based on the experiment of national education technology skill training program for primary and secondary school teachers in Guangzhou,the article probes into the license mechanism and training strategy of education technology skill training for teachers,summarizes the basic function mechanism of the cascade training mode,and the implementation of the result-oriented training strategy,in order to improve the efficiency of training,establish the teachers' concept of life-long learning and enhance their education technology skills.
