微创经皮钢板接骨术(MIPPO)治疗胫骨远段骨折 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨微创经皮钢板接骨术治疗胫骨远段骨折的方法和疗效。方法:2005年4月~2008年6月应用微创经皮钢板内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折43例患者,AO分型:A型21例,B型16例,C型6例;平均年龄38岁。在胫骨内侧建立隧道,LC-LCD放置在胫骨内侧深筋膜与骨膜间,骨折采用间接复位,6~8个螺钉固定LC-LCD。结果:本组所有病例术后随访6~18个月(平均9个月),骨折无延迟愈合及不愈合,无内固定物断裂,平均临床愈合时间3.2个月。结论:微创经皮钢板接骨术是治疗胫骨远段骨折的有效方法。 Objective: To explore the effect and method of distal tibial fracture with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. Methods: During April 2005 and June 2008, 43 patients were treated by minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis due to distal tibial fracture. Based on the AO fracture classification, 43 patients were divided into A in 21 patients, B in 16 patients, C in 6 patients. The average age of the patients was 38 years old. A subcutaneous tunnel was created on the inside of tibia. LC-DCP was inserted into the subcutaneous tunnel between deep fascia and periosteum of tibia. Axial alignment of the fracture was performed with indirect technique. LC-DCP was fixed by 6 to 8 screws. Results: All the patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months after operation (average 9 months). All the fractures were healed with an average healing time of 3.2 months without delay union and nonunion, no internal fixation breaking happended. Conclusion: It is an effect method to heal distal tibial fracture with minimally invasive pereutaneous plate osteosynthesis.
