子宫内膜异位症合并子宫肌瘤伴腹水1例

摘要 1临床资料 患者，女，45岁，退休工人，G1P1。因妇检发现左侧附件包块12年，子宫肌瘤3年，盆腔积液增多1年，于2008年4月23日入院。既往月经量多，用日用卫生巾30张，行经7天，近3月经前偶感下腹隐痛。有“贫血”病史1年，未治疗。该患者于1995年女工妇检发现左附件包块，2005年妇检发现子宫肌瘤（约1．5cm）。2007年妇检出现盆腔积液约1．6cm，之后常感下腹隐痛，近3月偶感经前下腹隐痛，无咳嗽、咯血、剧烈腹痛、月经量异常增多及体重减轻等症状。
