摘要
目的：比较按扣式义齿与普通覆盖义齿的修复功能。方法：在为２３例患者制作的普通覆盖义齿上加１～３个按扣装置；先后分别测定两种修复体的咀嚼效率，并做问卷式主观感受的评价调查。结果：比较表明按扣式义齿的咀嚼效率明显增加（Ｐ＜０．００１），使用感觉也有改善。结论：按扣式义齿的修复效果优于普通覆盖义齿，值得推广。
Objective:To compare the restorative effects of the stud-snap denture and ordinary overdenture. Methods: The ordinary overdentures were made for 23 patients. The patients were recommended to use them for a period of time. And then the overdentures were reconstructed into the studsnap dentures by adding studs and setting root caps. The patients were recommended to use these dentures for a period of time. The masticating efficiency was examined, and the patient's feeling was investigated in using the two dentures. Results:The restorative effects of the stud-snap denture were improved significantly, and no obvious discomfort feeling appeared. Conclusion:The studsnap dentures is worthy to be popularized in application.
