摘要
目的探讨用固定矫治方法矫治上前牙缺失伴前牙反后再修复缺失牙的疗效。方法15例患者均用固定矫治方法解除前牙反后再行固定义齿修复缺失的前牙。结果矫治后均取得正常的咬合关系和正常的缺牙修复,平均修复一年,未见反复发和修复牙的异常。结论用固定矫治方法解除前牙缺失后的反再行义齿修复,保证了缺牙修复功能和美观效果,是保证缺牙区良好咬合关系的有效方法。
Purpose Explore the clinical effect of recovery after orthodontics of the crossbite and loss of the anterior teeth. Methods： for the 15 cases, recovery of the losing anterior teeth with denture after treating the cross-bite. Result These patients can have occlusal real relationships and recovery the losing anterior teeth .After one year, recurrence and unusualness haven＇t been found, Conclusion using this methods , guarantee the function of recovery and maintain the beauty , and it is an effective way to guarantee to the good occlusal relationship.
