摘要
本研究探索应用三维螺旋电子计算机断层扫描系统(3DCT)对人工牙种植术的11例患者颌骨作检查和评估,认为三维螺旋CT的颌骨影像以其立体重建和高分辨率特色,在观察颌骨全景形态,横断面形态,骨质密度和上颌窦底、鼻腔底、鼻腭管和下颌管等重要结构方面显示了独特的作用。结合对颌骨形态和骨质的综合评估,对人工牙种植术有极大的指导意义,具有比传统颌骨X光片更重要的临床价值。
This research has applied 3-dimensional computed Tomography (3DCT) to examine and evaluate 11 Cases of jaws for dental implantation. 3DCT is considered to be with characteristics of 3-dimensions recon strultion and high discrimination therefore shows significantly specific function in observation of jaw panorama,cross-section,bony density and special structure:sinus,cavity and canals Also 3DCT is considered to be of great significance for design of dental implantation by comprehensive evaluation of jaw shape and quality,taking great advantage over x-ray picture.
