摘要
对植物黄萎病病原菌大丽轮枝菌拮抗细菌进行了分离筛选及Bv1-9拮抗菌株鉴定。结果表明,从土壤中分离到891株细菌,初筛出具有拮抗活性的菌株83株,经过复筛选出一株具有较高拮抗活性的菌株Bv1-9,并对其进行了形态鉴定、生理生化特征鉴定和16S rDNA全序列分析,最终此菌株鉴定为花域芽孢杆菌,16S rDNA序列相似度达99.49%。
Verticillium dahliae is a worldwide disastrous plant vascular disease infecting many important crops. Isolating and screening the antagonistic bacteria against Verticillium dahliac may contribute to the control of this disease. The strains having antagonistic activity against Verticillium dahliae were isolated and screened from the soil of cotton field from several different regions. Totally 891 strains were obtained, of which 83 strains showed the antagonistic activities after preliminary screening. Strain Bvl-9 with a rather higher antagonistic activity was obtained after further screening. Then the morphology characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequence analysis of this strain were studied. The similarity of the 16S rDNA sequences between strain Bvl-9 and Bacillus vallismortis were up to 99.49%. So, the strain Bvl-9 was finally identified as Bacillus vallismortis.
