摘要
为了研究大肠癌中nm23-H_1的表达与浸润转移的关系,本文应用链霉菌素-生物素(LSAB)免疫组织化学方法检测74例大肠癌中nm23-H_1和Ⅳ型胶原的表达.结果发现大肠癌中nm23-H_1阳性率为71.6%,nm23-H_1低表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.025)nm23-H_1的表达在Ⅳ型胶原表达不同肠癌中无明显差异(P>0.05).结果:nm23-H_1低表达可能仅在大肠癌转移过程中发挥作用.
To understand the relationship between invasion and metastasis and the expression of nm23-H1 in human colorectal carcinoma, the expressions of nm23-H1 and type IV collagen in 74 cases of human colorectal carcinoma were studied with LSAB im-munohistochemical technique. The positive expression of nm23-H1 were 71. 6%. a significant correlation was found between nm23-H1 low-expression and lymph node metastasis (P<0. 025). and significant difference between the expression of nm23-H1 and type IV collagen in different types of colorectal carcinoma was not found. The results suggested that nm23-H1 low-expression might play an important role only in the process of invasion and metastasis of human colorectal carcinoma.
