摘要
目的探讨不同级别胶质瘤组织中轴蛋白(Axin)及β-连环素(β-catenin)的表达及其临床意义。方法制作82例不同级别胶质瘤的组织芯片,采用免疫组化SP法,检测芯片中Axin及β-catenin在不同级别胶质瘤中的表达。结果免疫组化检测显示Axin在低级别胶质瘤中表达(64.52%)较高级别胶质瘤(23.53%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.48,P<0.01),而β-catenin在低级别胶质瘤中表达(45.16%)较高级别胶质瘤低(80.30%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.61,P<0.01),Axin表达与β-catenin呈负相关(r=-0.035,P<0.05)。结论Axin、β-catenin可反映胶质瘤的恶性程度和病理分级,Axin在Wnt信号转导途径中起负调节作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of expression of Axin and β- catenin in various grade of glioma. Methods Tissue microarrays were constructed in 82 cases of glioma. Two steps immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of Axin and β-catenin in various grade of glioma. Results The positive expression rate of Axin in tow grade glioma(64.52% ) was much higher than that in high grade glioma(23.53% ) ( P 〈0. 01 ), while β-catenin showed lower expression in low grade glioma(45. 16% ) than in high grade glioma ( 80.30% ) ( P 〈 0. 01 ). These findings suggested that the expression of Axin was inversely correlated with that of β- catenin( r = - 0. 035, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of Axin and β- catenin indicates the malignant degree and grade of glioma. Axin acts as a negative regula- tor in Wnt signaling pathway.
