摘要
通过正交试验优化了硬质PVC的配方,研究了钙锌稳定剂、DOP、ACR、硬脂酸钙4种组分对PVC共混体系流变性能及试样力学性能的影响,结果表明:①绿色环保硬质PVC基料的最佳配方为:PVC 100份、钙锌稳定剂5份、DOP 4份、硬脂酸钙0.5份、ACR 2份、PE蜡0.7份、硬脂酸0.3份;②影响PVC共混体系流变性能的最主要因素是钙锌稳定剂,其次为DOP,影响最小的是ACR;影响试样力学性能的最主要因素是DOP,其次是钙锌稳定剂,影响最小的是ACR。
Rigid PVC formulation was optimized by orthogonal experiments. Influences of 4 components, i. e. ,Ca/Zn stabilizer, DOP, ACR and calcium stearate, on the theological behaviour of PVC blends and the mechanical property of samples obtained were investigated. The results showed that (1)the optimum environmentfriendly rigid PVC formulation contained PVC 100, Ca/Zn stabilizer 5, DOP 4, calcium stearate 0.5,ACR 2, PE wax 0.7, and stearic acid 0.3 phr. ;(2)Ca/Zn stabilizer was the most important factor of influencing the rheological behaviour of PVC blends, followed by DOP,and ACR was the smallest influencing factor;DOP was the most important factor of influencing the mechanical property of samples obtained, followed by Ca/Zn stabilizer,and ACR was the smallest influencing factor.
