摘要
综述了国内外主要的涉及塑料制品所含化学物质限制的环保、卫生法规,分析了其对我国塑料助剂行业的冲击和影响,特别是增塑剂、阻燃剂、热稳定剂这3个主要品种。从技术研发角度剖析了塑料助剂行业应对环保、卫生法规的方案,并指出应注重发展自主创新助剂品种。
Some abroad codes about environmental protecting and health care were introduced in this paper, and their impact on plastic additive industry were analyzed, especially on plasticizers, flame retardants, and heat stabilizers. The measures that domestic manufacturers should adopt to deal with these codes were analyzed. It was pointed out that more attentions should be paid on independent innovation of plastic additives.
