摘要 采用改性氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)2]、微胶囊化红磷(MRP)和热塑性酚醛树脂(PF-T)制备了阻燃线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)复合材料体系,探讨了PF-T、MRP与Mg(OH)2不同的配比对LLDPE复合材料体系的阻燃性能、力学性能和热失重性能的影响,并对复合材料的微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:PF-T∶MRP∶Mg(OH)2质量比为25∶8∶40时协效最佳,氧指数达到33.7%,水平燃烧通过FH-1,拉伸强度达17 MPa,断裂伸长率为350%;协效阻燃体系提高了复合材料的质量保持率,降低了失重速率;PF-T与LLDPE相容性好,界面不明显,无机组分在基体材料中有好的分散性。 Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) composite system was prepared through modified magnesium hydroxideMg (OH)2, micro-encapsulated red phosphorus (MRP) and thermal plastic phenol- formaldehyde resin (PF-T). The influence of the different compounding ratio of PF-T, MRP and Mg(OH) 2 on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of LLDPE composite was investigated in this paper. The re- sults showed that the synergistic effect of PF-T, MRP and Mg(OH) 2 was the best when the mass ratio of the PF-T, MRP and Mg(OH) 2 was 25: 8: 40, the oxygen index(OI) reached to 33.7%, horizontal burning could achieve FH-1, the tensile strength could reach to 17MPa, the elongation at break was 350%. Differ- ential thermo-gravimetry showed that the quality retention rate of the composite was improved by the flame-re- tardant and synergistic effect system. The weight loss rate of the composite was decreased significantly. The microstructure of the properties was investigated through microscopy, the results showed that the compatibility between PF-T and LLDPE were very good and had no interface, the inorganic material had good dispersion in the matrix composite.
