聚氨丙基苯基倍半硅氧烷与氢氧化镁协同阻燃尼龙6 被引量:11

Synergistic Effect of Mg (OH)_2/Poly(aminopropylphenyl) Silsesquioxane on Flame Retardancy of PA6

摘要 采用氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)_2]复配聚氨丙基苯基倍半硅氧烷(PAPSQ)阻燃改性尼龙6(PA6),测定了阻燃PA6的极限氧指数(LOI),利用锥形量热仪测定了阻燃PA6的释热速率、总释热量、质量损失速率等多种参数,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了阻燃PA6残炭的形貌。实验表明,当Mg(OH)_2的质量分数为40%,PAPSQ质量分数为5%时,PA6的LOI为41%,垂直燃烧通过UL94V-0级,PA6的释热速率、总释热量和质量损失速率均明显下降,PAPSQ与Mg(OH)_2复配对PA6有协同阻燃效果。 PA6 was flame retarted by Mg(OH)2/poly(aminopropylphenyl) silsesquioxane(PAPSQ), the LOI of the flame retardant PA6 was tested, the heat release rate (HRR), total heat release (THR) and mass loss rate (MLR) of PA6 were tested by means of cone calorimeter, and the morphology of the residual char was observed by means of SEM. The results showed when the LOI and UL 94V of PA6 with 40% Mg (OH)2 and 5% PAPSQ was 41% and V-0 respectively, the HRR, THR and MLR of the PA6 decreased obviously, which showed the compounding of Mg (OH)2 with PAPSQ had good synergistic effect on the flame retardancy of PA6.
