摘要
为确保绢丝／棉混纺纱成纱质量，针对两种纤维的特性，在纺纱生产中采取了相应工艺技术措施。纤维采用开清混合的纺纱工艺；绢丝静电现象严重，需加湿，使上机回潮率控制在14％～16％范围内，生条成条顺利；各工序通过优化配置工艺参数，降低了生产成本，保证了纺纱的顺利进行，提高了成纱质量。
To preduce spun silk/cotton blended yarn that could reach the formed yarn quality, relative processing measures were adopt- ed in spinning production based on the properties of the two fibers. Opening and scutching processes were adopted in fiber blending with wet- ting adopted for worse static to gain a 14%～16% moisture regain to guarantee successfully sliver making. Parameters of various processes were optimized to reduce production cost and guarantee smooth spinning and high formed yarn quality.
