摘要
研究了环流泡沫塔中单组分蛋白质溶液和蛋白质混合物溶液的分批操作泡沫分离过程。采用表面张力来描述蛋白质在水溶液中的表面活性,测量了不同的pH下BSA溶液和HBB溶液的表面张力。考察了pH值对BSA和HBB水溶液泡沫分离过程的影响。采用分批操作的方式进行了BSA和HBB的混合物的分离实验,在pH=3.9时,取得最优的分离效果。这与基于单组分蛋白质分离实验所作出的预期是一致的。
Foam separation of protein from aqueous solution and protein mixture in a bubble flow column was carried out in batch mode in the absence of surfactant. The surface tensions of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and hemoglobin (HBB) solution of different pH were measured to characterize the surface activity of these proteins in aqueous solution. The effect of pH on foam separation of BSA and HBB from their respective aqueous solutions was investigated. Fractionation of BSA and HBB mixture was carried out in batch mode and the optimal separation was achieved at pH3.9, as estimated on the basis of the separation of the single component protein solution.
