摘要
文章从企业文化的朔源出发,运用比较分析法研究一般企业文化与建筑企业文化的异同,结合建筑企业的运作特点,浅层次的研究建筑企业文化建设的途径和方法,并就其热点问题做初步的探讨。
From the origin of corporate culture, this article makes comparative analysis of the similarities and differences of general corporate culture with that for a construction enterprise. And based on the operating features of the construction enterprise, it also makes some initial discussion on the ways and methods for corporate culture development of the construction enterprise.
