摘要
阐述了建筑企业文化特征,对建筑企业文化建设的必要性进行了概括,提出了建筑企业文化构建的途径,对于我国建筑企业文化建设有重要理论和实践意义。
This paper illustrates the characteristics of the enterprise culture in construction enterprise, then points out the necessity of enterprise culture construction in construction enterprises. What＇s more, it brings up some efficient ways of shaping enterprise culture in construction enterprise ,which have important theoretical and practical significance.
